Terms and Conditions for Original MINI Tyres Sure-Win Campaign 2017. (“Promotion”)

This promotion is open to all individuals who make eligible purchase of Original MINI Tyres with Eurokars Habitat Pte. Ltd. (“Eurokars Habitat”), except for employees of Eurokars Habitat and its related corporations (collectively, the 'Eurokars Group'), employees or staff of vendors, advertising agencies or external auditors of Eurokars Group and any other parties who are directly involved in the organising, promoting or conducting the Promotion; and their immediate families.
The qualifying period of this promotion is from 19 July 2017 to 18 October 2017.
Participants must purchase Original MINI Tyres from the Authorised MINI Service Centre in Singapore, 27 Leng Kee Road S(159098), during the qualifying period. Each purchase of two (2) Original MINI Tyres in a single receipt during the qualifying period entitles the participant to one (1) Sure‐Win Card. A maximum of two (2) Sure‐Win Cards will be issued with the purchase of four (4) Original MINI Tyres in a single receipt.
The Sure‐Win Card must be obtained at the time of payment for the purchase of the Original MINI Tyres and will not be issued or re‐issued thereafter.
Each Sure‐win Card will entitle the Participant(s) to win one of the prizes offered by Authorised MINI Service Centre (“Prize”).
Prizes are only redeemable at the Authorised MINI Service Centre, 27 Leng Kee Road on a first‐come‐first served basis while stocks last. Prizes are non‐transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or any other items, products or service. Redemption hours are: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 5.30pm and Saturday: 9.00am to 12.30pm
The original Sure‐win Card(s) must be presented and will be retained by the Authorised MINI Service Centre once the Prize(s) have been redeemed. Each winning Sure‐Win Card can be used to redeem one Prize only.
Sure‐Win Card(s) which is damaged or tampered with in any manner will not be valid for any Prize redemption (“Invalid card”). No replacement Sure‐Win Card will be issued for any Invalid card or lost Sure‐Win Card.
Participant(s) are required to redeem the Prize(s) before 18 October 2017. If any prize is unclaimed after the promotion period, the Prize will be dealt with at Eurokars Habitat’s sole discretion without further notice to the Participant. Photographs of the Prizes in the promotional communication materials are for reference only.
Eurokars Habitat reserves the right to amend the promotion mechanics and/or substitute the prize(s) for other items of equivalent value without prior notice and no claim shall be made against Eurokars Habitat with respect to such amendment of promotion mechanics and/or substitution for any of the prize(s).
Eurokars Habitat’s decision on all matters relating to the Promotion (including redemptions made relating to the Promotion) shall be final and binding on all Participants participating in the promotion. Eurokars Habitat will not enter into any correspondence or communication with any party in relation to such decisions.
BMW Asia, Eurokars Habitat, its related corporations, employees and/or independent contractors shall not be liable to any person for any loss, damage and/or injury whatsoever of howsoever caused arising from the Promotion and/or any use of the Prize and items redeemed.
